Logos and what they represent

1. Use coordinates of latitude and longitude to determine the absolute location of your team’s city.

2. Describe the landforms, climate, culture, historical or economic characteristics of your team’s nickname and how it relates to the city.

3. Then, give three facts about that particular topic.

1. 37 degrees North longitude and 125 degrees West latitude

2. Landform: The city of San Jose is located on the San Andreas fault zone, the most active fault zone in the world. Earthquakes happen on fault zones.

3. 1. 17% of the world’s earthquakes happen on the San Andreas fault zone.
2. California has around 10.000 EARTHQUAKES a year.
3. The first recorded EARTHQUAKE happened in 1769 in California.
